today had first lesson of pilates!
wah sehh. the actions really can make u tremble a little.
a lot of stretching..
the venue of pilates is held at the room
we camp at during our squash camp. haha.
pilates is named after the person who created this 'exercise'.
at first it was named contrology. hmmms.
CONTROL! yeahh..
definitely requires lots of controlling, like breathing and balancing.
the teacher, shashi said we'll be able to do
100 push ups after this module end. hahas.
quite kua zhang ehh.
but confirm + chop the stomach area will be 'harden'.
wahahahas. if nv continue to do, i think will become....
FATS!! -omg. :D
shashi also showed us many other actions that we gonna be doing for the next few lessons..
really is wah seh! so difficult larrrr...
look so impossible to do can.
oh wells... hope shashi will help us achieve it and make it possible! heh.
